She spends most of her time traveling, of course and spending time with her family down the Jersey Shore.

Tim started his travel industry career, nearly 30 years ago, working several years in airport and call center operations at several major US and International airlines. Next, Tim would spend over 20 years working at several major TMCs in both operations and client service roles. He’s served as Client Services Manager, Director of Client Services, and Vice President of Operations. Currently, Tim is Director, Business Operations & Corporate Travel at Cvent. In this role, Tim oversees all aspects of Cvent’s global, multi-million dollar travel program.
Anna Lepingwell

Anna is responsible for providing worldwide capabilities around organizational readiness and crisis management to clients and partners. Anna manages the Global Response Center, risk advisors and consultant team which provides global assistance and response, intelligence and resilience services. Anna was formerly the Director of Crisis Management for WorldAware. In addition to planning and managing high-threat security or natural disaster evacuations, she has extensive experience in assessing risk and implementing appropriate mitigation measures. Before taking charge of the Crisis Management Team in 2017, Anna worked in the Global Operations department as a Response Coordinator and then as Security Operations Manager.
